3/4 Wean Days
Lets face it the chance’s are most people have eaten more and drank more in the last 2/3 weeks than normal. Therefore rather than putting your body into total shock, wean yourself off tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, alcohol, sugary and fatty foods. (pizza/cakes/biscuits/sweets/takeaways) 3/4 Wean Days is a good start and then full on to the clean 9.
Aloe Gel
Start to take your Aloe Vera Gel 4 days before your Clean 9. One 10 mil shot 3 times a day to get your body used to it. Build that up to 20 mil 3 times a day. There is enough in the pack so don’t worry about running out.
Bee Pollen
On the second wean day take your Bee Pollen as follows Day 1 take a quarter tablet, Day 2 half a tablet Day 3 a full tablet . The reason for this is in some rare cases people are allergic to bee products. If you cannot take the bee pollen it will not affect your weight loss, it is more of an energy boost. Nicknamed Legal Speed, it really helps with your energy levels.
Ultra Shake

You are now ready to Start Your Clean 9 programme. If you can, do it with someone – it helps with the motivation. So grab a friend, partner, sister, brother, mother, father, husband or wife.
Weigh & Measure
Before you start your Clean 9 weigh and measure yourself , arms, legs, chest, stomach and hips. After the 9 days make sure you use the same scales as it can vary from scales to scales. Some people lose weight some inches/centimeters some both, but do remember this is a nutritional cleanse too and your digestive tract is getting an amazing clean out. Also taking a selfie of a before and after of your body is a great way too to see the difference in your shape.. and if you are brave enough you can share it on facebook or instagram (no thanks)
Exercise
Do at least 20 minutes of exercise a day on the clean 9 a brisk walk is good, better again if you can do a small incline on your walk.
Day 1 & 2
When your body is cleansing you can feel cold, especially on day 1 & 2, a herbal tea is perfect to help with this, peppermint, camomile are the best, green tea is not as good because it has caffeine in it. If you really find it hard you can have some fruit like melon, grapes, grapefruit or 5 almonds.
Spread your 600 Calories
On day 3 you can have a 600 calorie main meal, but this can be spread out over the day 400 for main meal and 2 100 snacks, this can help if you tend to get the 4pm slump or evening munchies. For even better results if your 600 meal has a low glycemic index or GI this will help with sugar cravings and weight loss.

Does the Aloe Gel taste really bad?
Personally I don’t mind the taste, it’s slightly bitter, but you get used to it. Worse case add some juice to it. (remember sugar free as this will increase your calorie intake) It is said the more toxins in your body the worse it will taste!!!! You can also drink it through a straw if this helps.
Will I get Headaches?
Yes the chances are you will get a headache for the first 2 days and after that you will feel great. Drink plenty of water and don’t start the Clean 9 on a day when you have a very busy schedule. Headaches are a sign your body is cleansing.
I don’t like milk how will I survive?
Firstly they are protein shakes not milkshakes and they are only 300 mil so its not a lot to take. Secondly I hate milk and I found them fine. You can add soya, almond or coconut milk instead of the milk or you can add water, ice and some berries and make it into a smoothie.
